Marisa Varley, REALTOR®
Marisa Varley believes real estate is about people first. Known for being kind, responsive, honest, and hardworking, she takes a zero-pressure approach to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, investors, or clients facing unique situations, Marisa focuses on building relationships, solving problems, and making the process feel less overwhelming.
Her path into real estate began unexpectedly while she was working as an office assistant, when her broker recognized her potential and offered to help her earn her license. Since then, she has built a career centered on collaboration, hard work, and genuinely caring for the people she serves.
Deeply involved in the community, Marisa serves on the Education Committee for the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors, is a board member for Shenandoah Valley Runners, volunteers as a high school cheerleading coach, and manages Parks and Recreation for the Town of Strasburg. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, and exercise, and leads a healthy, active lifestyle with her three children, three dogs, and two cats.
More than anything, Marisa hopes people walk away from every interaction feeling supported, respected, and cared for — whether or not they become clients.

Sally is licensed in VA & WV. She has been the Relocation Director with ERA OakCrest Realty since 2006. During that time, she has managed corporate relocation moves and properties along with the affinity division and business development assets.
Sally is a native of Winchester and graduated from John Handley High School. She resides in Frederick County and has 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren.
She is a member of the Blue Ridge, Virginia and National Association of REALTORS®. She is active in her church and several nonprofit organizations throughout the Winchester/Frederick County area.
